Our specialty is hood and duct systems cleaning. When we clean your hood and duct system we clean top to bottom, what's visible and what's not. We clean the entire system - the hood, duct, fan, filters and back wall. We also lube the fan, check the belts, and replace them as needed. Then we polish the hood inside and out. In addition to cleaning hoods, we also clean all kitchen equipment. We have done many "total kitchen" jobs. There is no job too big or small for A and R.

Whether your kitchen is large or small, A and R has the experience, expertise and equipment to professionally clean and maintain your kitchen hood exhaust system per National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) #96 Standards. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for scheduled maintenance and emergency (health or fire department violation) service.
