Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed!

At A and R Hoods

We work hard to meet or exceed your expectations.

We pride ourselves on being professional, dependable and trustworthy.

We are confident we will leave you with a smile.

Each time we clean a hood and duct system we take before and after photos for our clients.

We also do after follow-up inspections to ensure the quality of the job and the satisfaction of the customer.

We take pride in every job.

We do our best to give you the highest quality service possible.

The most common response from a new client is "My hood has never looked this clean before." or "My last hood cleaners always left a huge mess. This kitchen looks beautiful."

OUR GUARANTEE: PROVE WE DID A POOR JOB AND YOU ARE UNSATISFIED, THE JOB IS ON US!

Beware of the hood cleaner that is only pretending to do their job.

There are many hood cleaning companies that do not clean the entire system but only clean what you can see.

In our business we call them hack jobs.

Your entire system (hood, duct, fan, filters) is supposed to be cleaned to bare metal every time it is cleaned.

If you allow a company to clean for you that is not doing their job properly, you are exposing your business or facility to an extreme fire hazard.

Why pay for something if you are not getting what your paying for?

You bear the ultimate responsibility!

There are no inspectors that check up after hood cleaners leave.

You must become the inspector.

No one is better than yourself to protect your investment.

Important questions to ask your hood cleaner before they start the job:

  1. Are you licensed and insured? Ask them for proof of insurance
  2. Do you have references? Call them. They may not be providing quality work to their other clients
  3. What is your method of cleaning?
  4. What kind of equipment do you have? Do you have a hot water pressure washer or steam cleaner?
  5. Here are some suggestions about how to inspect after you have your hoods cleaned. You should inspect every time you have it done. Some companies belong to different associations or have different certifications. This does not guarantee a great job. Some companies do great work and some do not. If everyone that has a hood system cleaned starts inspecting, then eventually the ones who are not doing a good job will be forced to bring their standards up.

Beware of the hood cleaner that only cleans as far as they can reach.

Always get a bright flashlight, remove a filter, and shine the flashlight up the duct work.

Look up all the way to the fan.

Is the bottom of the fan clean?

Is your duct clean? Also look at your filters.

Are the drain holes clear and clean?

Make sure the drain holes in the filter are facing you so they can drain.

Is the trough clean? Did they clean the drain holes to the drip pans and are they clean?

Question: Does your duct drip grease soon after the hood cleaner leaves? If so, you may not be getting the service you are paying for. Time to get the flashlight out.
